Charges for confirmed allocation orders are processed at the time of order confirmation. If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend shipment processing or cancel the allocation order. We are not responsible for overdraft fees, bank charges, or payment processing errors caused by your financial institution.

All allocations are customized and may vary between members and shipment cycles.

Products may be substituted at our discretion based on professional recommendation; inventory availability; manufacturer changes; reformulations; product discontinuations; seasonal considerations; or evolving skincare needs.

Failure to reserve or claim an allocation within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of that allocation opportunity. Esthetic Reserve is not obligated to hold, delay, or reissue forfeited allocations.

Due to the personalized, hygienic, and professional nature of skincare products, Esthetic Reserve does not accept returns on opened products; used products; customized allocations; partially used items; or products damaged through misuse.
If you receive damaged items, defective products, or incorrect shipments, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
We may require photographs; batch numbers; packaging images; and order verification. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement; store credit; or refund at our discretion.
Allocation order charges are generally non-refundable once processed. If an allocation has already been prepared, packed, or shipped, refunds will not be issued.
You may close your Esthetic Reserve account at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support.

No refunds will be issued for orders already in processing or fulfillment unless required by law.
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
Esthetic Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers; weather; customs; natural disasters; labor shortages; inventory shortages; or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages; address correction; reshipment requests; or refused deliveries.
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND ESTHETIC RESERVE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.
